Beer with a Story

Each of our beers tells its own story: from the Bamberg Rock Cellar Beer, matured in a genuine rock cellar, to the Pale Lager Beer, refined with Bohemian aromatic hops, and the characterful Bamberg Brown Beer with a dough-fermented mash. Here, tradition meets Franconian brewing artistry.

Pale Lager Beer

Bohemian aromatic hops and soft brewing water are used for the Pale Lager Beer. This creates a particularly drinkable and full-bodied beer with a pleasant bitterness and an almost creamy effervescence.

Rock Cellar Beer

The Rock Cellar Beer matures without artificial cooling in the historic rock cellars beneath the brewery on Oberer Stephansberg. The consistent maturation process ensures a finer, round, and malty aromatic taste.

Bamberg Brown Beer

For the Bamberg Brown Beer, the mash is carefully allowed to rise like a dough in the mash tun. This releases intense aromas that directly transfer into the wort, giving the Brown Beer its full flavor.

Bamberg Draft Beer

In earlier times, the top-fermented Bamberg Draft Beer was delivered to the tavern soon after brewing. Even today, it is a beer with a short maturation period. It contains little alcohol and tastes particularly full-bodied due to a high proportion of residual extract.
